English-style dry gin
A dry English-style gin built on neutral grain spirit and a botanical bill that nods to the route gin first travelled to reach these shores. Juniper and angelica do the heavy lifting; citrus lifts the top; cucumber rounds it out. Balanced rather than bracing, fruity rather than floral.
Best served: Long, in a heavy tumbler, with good tonic and a thick slice of cucumber.
