Distilled from Ukrainian maize in a steady-state still in the Devon countryside. Clean, soft, faintly sweet on the finish. Made for clarity rather than character; simplicity is the point.

Best served: Cold enough to read the label through the frost. Neat, or as the quiet half of a good martini.
