House Gin

London Dry · 70cl

A dry, juniper-led London gin, distilled in small batches for the house pour. The botanical run is short on purpose — juniper, coriander, angelica, lemon peel, a measure of orris — leaving room for the spirit to speak. Drinks straight over a single block, or long with tonic and a slice of grapefruit. Bottled at 43% in clear glass with a bronze-foiled house label. A bottle for the cellar shelf, not the back of the cabinet.
