The house roast. A medium-dark blend built for the morning espresso and the second cup after lunch. Notes of dark chocolate, toasted almond, and a soft tail of stone fruit. Roasted in small weekly batches at a partner roastery and packed in matte-black valve bags with a bronze-foiled house stamp. Suited equally to a moka pot, a manual lever, or a domestic espresso machine pulled with intent. Stamped, dated, and shipped within seven days of roast.
