English dry gin
The house standard, and the bottle everything else is measured against. Built on a clean English grain spirit with a botanical bill that follows the route gin first travelled to reach these shores. Juniper and angelica do the heavy lifting; citrus lifts the top; cucumber rounds it out. Balanced rather than bracing, dry rather than austere.
Best served: Long, in a heavy tumbler, with good tonic and a thick slice of cucumber.
