Citrus and floral gin

The bright one, and the easiest bottle in the house to drink. Pink grapefruit and lemon verbena over elderflower and chamomile, with a rose-petal softness on the finish and just enough juniper underneath to keep it honest. Light and long, and better in daylight than the other two.

Best served: Tall, with a light tonic, plenty of ice and a wide ribbon of grapefruit peel.
